I visited Tsukiji outer market to have a breakfast.Since Tsukiji is in Tokyo but there is a market, it is attractive that you can eat fresh seafood just arrived. Therefore, not only Japanese but also many non-Japanese people visit Tsukiji for sightseeing purpose.

State of Tsukiji on weekdays morning
Crowd of train
Since it is a weekday morning, I got on a train in commuting rush hour. I got on the train in the morning in Tokyo for the first time in a while. I cannot endure if I do it every day. That is one of the bad reasons I quit the company in Tokyo in the past. Toyoko line, Hibiya line, we switched, but Toyoko line is very crowded. It is impossible to sit. Hibiya Line was able to sit without it.
Crowd of Tsukiji
It is better than holiday. You can also walk like a passage like a narrow ways. The vibrancy of the shop staff does not change between holidays and weekdays. The number of non-Japanese people was conspicuous on weekdays than the Japanese. I felt that there are many Chinese. Tsukiji is becoming a major tourist destination even in Tokyo.
Recommended restaurants
I have not compared enough number of restaurants/stores. So, I cannot say which one is the best, However, I recommend Saito-Suisan for Oyster.
Breakfast
Kaisen-don(Bowl of rice topped with sashimi)
I had Kaisen-don at "Marukita 2nd", in front of Saito-Suisan. I ordered Kaisen-don(Nakaochi-don, 2,500YEN) and Miso-soup with seaweed(100 YEN) because a staff recommended them for me. These are tasty.
This Nakaochi-don is not listed on the english page in the official site.
Marukita 2nd has 2 floors and tables are on the 2nd floor. A bath room is also on the 2nd floor. The building is narrow and passing with others is difficult.
Wellcome to Kaisendon Marukita.

Oyster
I eat oysters at Saito-Suisan every time. The price will change somewhat depending on the size, but at around roughly 500 yen you can eat raw oysters with shells with ponzu. It is about 1 or 2 mouths enough to eat. The number of shells of oysters after having finished eating in a bucket tells the number of customers who stood up for oysters. The fresh oysters are said to be "milk of the sea", and it tastes like the sea.

A queue was made for the omelette on skewers. 100 YEN per skewer. I ate the omelette with Grated radish(Daikon-oroshi) and soy sauce. You can taste sweetness and refreshing feeling at once.
Others
I took breakfast at the outer market, but later I went to the inner market. Despite weekdays the inner market is quite crowded. Many non-japanese lined up in squirrels and other sushi restaurants. Probably you will be sure to wait an hour.
After watching Tsukiji, I went to the Hamarikyu Garden. Tsukiji and Hamarikyu are recommended as sightseeing spots to stop by so that distance can walk so close.
